Here's a simple birthday design using the GinaK Little Tees set. Pink Passion is another color that isn't in my usual color repertoire, though I do like it! Stampin' Up! Scallop Edge, Scallop Circle and 1 3/8" Circle Punches and paper piercing tools add to the fun. The finishing embellishment is rhinestones from Kaiser Craft.Tip: Every now and then, it's good to step outside your normal color zone!
